Show that $\dfrac{\mathrm{d}y}{\mathrm{d}x} = (3x - 1)^{\frac{2}{3}}(Ax + B)$, where $A$ and $B$ are integers to be found.

Hence find, in terms of $h$, where $h$ is small, the approximate change in $y$ when $x$ increases from $3$ to $3 + h$.
