A curve has equation \(y=\dfrac{x^2-8}{3-x}\). \(P\) and \(Q\) are the stationary points on the curve.
Find \(\dfrac{\mathrm{d}y}{\mathrm{d}x}\) and the exact length of the line \(PQ\).
