Given that $\dfrac{(pr^{2})^{\frac{3}{2}}\sqrt{qr}}{q^{2}(pr^{2})^{-1}}$ can be written in the form $p^{a}q^{b}r^{c}$, find the value of each of the constants $a$, $b$ and $c$.
