Find, in ascending powers of $x$, the first 3 terms in the expansion of $\left(2 - \tfrac{x^{2}}{4}\right)^{6}$. Give each term in its simplest form.

Hence find the coefficient of $x^{2}$ in the expansion of $\left(2 - \tfrac{x^{2}}{4}\right)^{6}\left(\tfrac{1}{x} + x\right)^{2}$.
