A closed cylinder has radius $r\,\mathrm{cm}$ and volume $1000\,\mathrm{cm}^{3}$. Show that the total surface area is $2\pi r^{2}+\dfrac{2000}{r}$.

Find the value of $r$ which makes this area a minimum, showing that it is a minimum.
