The graph of $y = a\cos(bx) + c$ has an amplitude of $3$, a period of $\tfrac{\pi}{4}$ and passes through the point $\left(\tfrac{\pi}{12}, \tfrac{5}{2}\right)$. Find the value of each of the constants $a$, $b$ and $c$.
