A curve has equation y=3x+6+1xy = 3\sqrt{x} + 6 + \dfrac{1}{\sqrt{x}} where x>0x > 0. Find the exact value of yy when x=6x = 6. Give your answer in the form a+bca + b\sqrt{c}, where aa, bb and cc are integers.
